Fabrizzio co-leads origination of new investment opportunities, underwriting, servicing, and operations for Hankey Capital. 

Fabrizzio has worked in CRE finance with large institutional lenders across the country – starting his career in 2010  at AXA Equitable (New York, NY), then Northwestern Mutual Real Estate (Milwaukee, WI) before landing in Southern California for Pacific Life Real Estate Investments (Newport Beach, CA) in 2018.  Prior to joining Hankey Capital, Fabrizzio was a Vice President at Farmers & Merchants Bank where he focused on loan originations in Southern California providing construction financing, bridge financing, perm financing, note-on-note financing, and warehouse lines to primarily family office real estate development companies. Fabrizzio has completed over $2.0 BN in transactions nationally and currently focuses on California and South Florida coastal and metro submarkets. 

Fabrizzio holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from Cornell University (2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Florida (2010).
